Terms of Contribution
Effective date: June 11, 2026. These terms govern every contribution made through this store.
1. Who we are, and what this is
Vitalist Healing Traditions Society (VHT Society) is a private membership association governed by Divine and Natural Law. Everything offered through this store is a private member benefit, exchanged inside the membership covenant. A contribution made here is not a retail purchase from a public business; it is a member’s participation in the private work of the Society.
2. Membership comes first
All sessions, programs, and materials are delivered within the Private Membership Association. If you are not yet a member, you will complete the membership agreement before your first session or delivery; you can sign it at our member registration page. Membership itself costs nothing; it is a signing-in, not a subscription. If a private offering was extended to you personally, it remains personal: it belongs to you and is not transferable to anyone else.
3. Contributions, plainly
Amounts shown in this store are one-time member contributions unless a listing states otherwise. Your contribution is committed to the work once it is made. Because offerings here are extended after personal conversation rather than sold cold, every question can be asked and answered before you contribute. Please contribute only when you are sure.
4. Refunds
Contributions are not refundable. They are member contributions within the private membership covenant, not retail purchases. Where a specific listing states its own arrangement, the listing governs. Nothing about any contribution is conditioned on a health result, because we make no promises about health results.
5. Time-bound offerings and expiry
Some offerings hold a stated window (for example, a package of sessions available for four months from the date of contribution). The window is disclosed on the listing before you contribute, and again in your receipt. Sessions or benefits not used within a stated window expire at its end. If serious life circumstances interrupt your season, write to us before your window closes and we will arrange a reasonable extension with you. We will remind you as the window moves; we will never chase you.
6. Scheduling
Sessions are booked on the practitioner’s calendar through the link in your confirmation email. You may move a booked session to another time within your window using the link in your booking confirmation; we ask for 24 hours’ notice where possible, so the time can serve another member.
7. What this is not
Nothing offered here is medical care. Sessions and materials are private member benefits exchanged within the Society’s natural and divine law container, offered for educational purposes. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe, and nothing here replaces the relationship you keep with a licensed provider of your choosing.
8. Your account and your information
A member account is created with your contribution so your sessions and receipts stay in one place. We use your contact details to deliver what you have contributed toward, to send the reminders described above, and for nothing beyond the membership relationship.
