What the Foundations Map is
The Foundations Map is the first full reading a member of the Society books. In one ninety-minute session you are read as a whole person, the way the older traditions read someone before a life was broken into specialties and handed from one instrument to the next. You leave with a clear picture of your own terrain, in language that is yours to keep.
It is not a diagnosis and it is not a treatment. It is a reading: a careful, unhurried account of the pattern you have been living inside, and the first honest picture of where a renewal would begin.
Why a whole reading
Most of us have only ever been measured one instrument at a time. A number here, a scan there, each specialist seeing a single panel of a much larger window, no one holding the whole of you at once.
The Foundations Map is built the other way around. Before anything is named or changed, you are read whole: how you are built, how you move through a season, what your history has asked of you, and what your body has been quietly organizing around. From that reading, and only from that reading, a true next step can be drawn.

The reading, from both sides
The Society is held by two founders, and the Foundations Map is offered from both. You choose the door you enter through.
Guided by Dr. Carina Lopez
The reading through the clinical and constitutional lens. Dr. Lopez reads the whole of you, terrain and history together, and shapes the picture that your therapeutic path would begin from. This is the reading most members choose first.
Guided by Sakis Stamou
The reading through food, remedy, and lineage. Sakis reads you through the alchemical kitchen and the dietetic traditions, and names the nourishing rhythm that fits your constitution. The same whole reading, entered through the door of the table rather than the clinic.
Held together across your time in the Society, the two readings form one double portrait that no practice with a single guide can offer. Many members are eventually read by both. You begin with the one that calls to you.
Your own terrain, named
Your ninety minutes
The reading is unhurried by design. There is nothing to prepare and nothing to study. You arrive, you are read, and you leave holding something true about yourself.
- A full ninety-minute private reading with your chosen founder, by phone or video.
- Your whole-person reading: how you are built, how you move through a season, and the terrain your history has shaped.
- A clear picture of your own pattern, in plain language, and the first honest sense of where a renewal would begin.
- Your indicated next step, drawn from the reading itself rather than offered as a sale: the practice, session, or path that fits what was found.
The Map does not hand you a program. It shows you your ground. What you choose to build on it, whether a single session or a full alchemical month, is named because it is indicated, never because it was upsold.
Your two founders
Dr. Carina Lopez reads the body as a whole, in the way the older traditions did, before a person was broken into specialties and handed from one to the next. Sakis Stamou makes food and remedy as craft, in the lineage of the alchemical kitchen. They work as two because no one of them is the whole of it. One reads; one makes. That marriage is the thing they could not offer any other way.
The membership comes first
The Foundations Map is offered only to members of the Vitalist Healing Traditions Society. Membership itself is free: a simple, no-cost agreement that opens the private space in which all of our work is held. It is the one threshold, and it costs nothing.

The contribution
The Foundations Map asks a single member contribution for the ninety-minute reading:
- The reading with Dr. Carina Lopez: $397
- The reading with Sakis Stamou: $297
The Map is a considered beginning, not a casual purchase. When you reserve your reading, your founder reserves the whole of that time for you. Decide the way you would for anything that matters, carefully, and then completely. Your free Discovery Call and the reading itself exist for exactly this, to let you arrive at a clear and responsible yes. Once your time is reserved and begun, it is held for you and is not transferred or refunded, because it has already been set aside for you alone.
Questions
Do I need to be a member?
Yes, and it is free. The Foundations Map is offered inside the private membership of the Society. Joining is a simple, no-cost agreement. Once you have joined, you can book your reading with either founder.
Which founder should I choose?
Either is a true beginning. Most members start with Dr. Lopez for the clinical and constitutional reading. If your way in is through food, remedy, and the kitchen, begin with Sakis. Many members are eventually read by both.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. The reading begins from you as you are. There is nothing to study and nothing to bring. You arrive and you are read.
Is this medical treatment?
No. The Foundations Map is offered within the private membership of the Society and is educational in nature. It does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.
What happens after the reading?
You leave with a clear picture of your own terrain and an indicated next step, whether a single session or a full path such as Reset-40 or Reset-90. Nothing is required. What comes next is named because it fits what was found, and it is always your choice.
